Getting started is simple, just follow the steps below and we'll get you started as soon as possible.
Because CrossFit requires specific skills to perform some of the exercises, unless you have previous experience at another CrossFit affiliate, it is compulsory to attend atleast 1 intro session so that we can orientate you with the movements before participating in the group workouts.
Scheduled group intro sessions are included in your first week's fee unless you are unable to fit into the scheduled classes and therefore will have to take a 1on1 session at a reduced fee of only $50 for the hour.

  2. We will contact you as soon as possible to discuss your training and send you the enrolment form. Fill in the enrolment form and submit it back to us
  3. After we recieve your form, we will send you the payment details.
  4. Once we receive your payment details, we will book you into an intro session.
    Scheduled intro sessions are announced on this webpage and can be booked by appointment and availability.
    If you cannot make it to the scheduled intro session, we will book a 1on1 intro session at a discounted price of $50 for the hour at a time that is convenient for you.
  5. After your intro session, you are ready to attend any of the scheduled group personal training sessions of your choice.
Please note - All payments are via direct debit, so to avoid delays in commencing your membership, please do not ask to pay by cash or any other method.
There is no minimum commitment or contract, you are only committed to the week you have paid for and there are no fees from a bank account.
You may cancel or hold your membership at any time.
We use direct debit for ease of accounting, not to lock you in.
